The Beaches Collection
Beaches brings together expansive Caribbean resorts, multi-bedroom accommodation, age-specific activities and long days beside the water. The useful decision is not simply which resort has the longest facility list—it is which beach, scale, room layout and daily rhythm will work for your particular family.
A toddler, two teenagers and grandparents may all want a different holiday. The right Beaches stay makes room for every version of it.
Room configuration, connecting options, multi-bedroom suites and the practicalities of sharing are compared for the exact party.
Kids Camp, teen spaces, waterparks and quieter adult time are considered together rather than as separate holidays.
Grace Bay and Seven Mile Beach create different settings, air routes and opportunities beyond the resort.
Dining, drinks, transfers, watersports, childcare and separately charged choices are confirmed for the booked stay.
Announced Beaches projects are clearly separated until their opening dates and bookable details are confirmed.

Family is the organising idea
The Beaches model is built for families and multi-generational groups, with accommodation and facilities that need to work across ages. That means comparing room layouts, village location, childcare, dining flexibility and the distance between the places each person will use most.

The flagship choice
Six villages now stretch across the Grace Bay property. Room position, accommodation size, access to the waterpark and the parts of the resort your family will use most can materially change how the stay feels.

A different Jamaican rhythm
The resort is smaller than Turks & Caicos and its strongest distinction is the relationship between accommodation, pools, waterpark and the long sweep of sand. The Montego Bay arrival and time beyond the resort should still be planned properly.

The next generation
Exuma, Barbados, Runaway Bay and Saint Vincent are meaningful future chapters. Farr can discuss them and register interest, while keeping unconfirmed dates, accommodation and facilities clearly separate from bookable Beaches stays.

These are Farr itinerary ideas to tailor, not fixed supplier packages.

Grace Bay at family scale
Start with who is travelling and the spaces they will use most, then compare the current room layouts and village positions around those priorities.
Plan Turks & Caicos
Jamaica beside the sand
At Negril, accommodation fit, realistic airport transfer time and the balance between resort days and Jamaica beyond the hotel should work as one plan.

The four announced projects differ in scale and setting. We will share confirmed developments and only suggest dates once the supplier publishes bookable availability.
Ask about future staysYour personal travel concierge
We compare layouts, occupancy, service level and position for your exact family—not an imaginary average guest.
At a large property, the village and route between beach, pool, dining and children's facilities matter.
The itinerary makes space for time together, age-specific interests and moments when different people want different things.
Flights, transfers, family seating requests and destination time are planned with the resort rather than added afterwards.
We distinguish official announcements from open, bookable resorts and do not invent dates or facilities.
Frequently asked questions
The current official Beaches portfolio has two operating resorts: Beaches Negril in Jamaica and Beaches Turks & Caicos on Grace Bay.
Beaches officially lists future resorts in Exuma, Barbados, Runaway Bay in Jamaica, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Firm opening dates have not been published, so they are separated from bookable resorts.
No. Beaches confirms that the third-party-owned resort closed on 31 May 2025. It is not included as an operating or future Farr property.
No. Treasure Beach Village opened in March 2026 as the sixth village within Beaches Turks & Caicos, so it belongs on that resort's page rather than appearing as a duplicate hotel.
Beaches is designed for families and multi-generational travel, while Sandals is the related adults-only couples brand. They remain separate Farr collections and do not share duplicate property pages.
The operating resorts publish all-inclusive accommodation, dining, drinks, transfers, selected watersports and family programming. The exact current inclusions, service level and separately charged choices are confirmed for the specific resort and room.
Both operating resorts publish larger family accommodation, but layout, occupancy and position vary materially. Farr compares the exact named room categories available for your dates.
Yes. We can plan flights, family seating requests, airport transfers and any wider island time as one joined-up itinerary.
