The Soneva Collection
Three extraordinary Maldivian resorts, each offering a different interpretation of island life.
Soneva Jani · Noonu Atoll, Maldives
Three islands, understood individually
The Soneva Collection
Soneva does not offer three interchangeable versions of the Maldives. Fushi is a generous natural island with jungle depth and a remarkable range of experiences. Jani is shaped by its expansive lagoon and overwater life. Secret is deliberately smaller, more remote and highly personal. Farr helps turn those differences into a clear recommendation: the island, villa, dining rhythm and journey that fit the way you actually want to travel.
The name may be shared. The feeling is not.
The island, lagoon and ocean are the starting point rather than the background.
From jungle retreats to substantial water residences, accommodation changes the rhythm of the stay.
Time together, unhurried dining and experiences are planned around the people travelling.

The Soneva approach
Across the three resorts, Soneva places island nature, time and human connection at the centre. Environmental claims and programmes vary by property and are checked against current supplier information rather than treated as a blanket promise.

The Soneva approach
The strongest Soneva stays create a closer relationship with the island rather than insulating guests from it. We look at space, food, family, wellbeing and the journey as a whole, and we treat specific stewardship claims as supplier facts to be verified—not decoration.

Ocean, night sky, wellbeing and play
The three resorts share an instinct for curiosity, but the expression changes: Baa Atoll marine and creative depth at Fushi, lagoon play and cinema at Jani, and deeply private ocean and night-sky experiences at Secret.

Food, without a repeated formula
Fushi and Jani have broad, named venue collections; Secret works more personally through private chefs and island settings. Farr checks the current opening pattern, meal plan, reservations and supplements for the exact stay.
Space to be together
Fushi and Jani offer substantial dedicated family facilities and wide villa choice. Secret also welcomes families and publishes The Den, but its remoteness and smaller scale deserve a more personal suitability conversation.

More than one island
Farr can explore a two-island journey where current transfers, weather, availability and supplier terms allow. It is a tailored itinerary, never a fixed promise.

Fushi + Jani · Fushi + Secret · Jani + Secret
Pair jungle and lagoon, established depth and seclusion, or overwater energy and remote quiet. We check the current inter-island route and make the transfer part of the plan.

Three resorts sound simple until their different scale, setting and pace are understood. We match the island to how you want to travel.
We navigate beach, island, overwater and Sea Loft choices without generalising slides, roofs, pools or access.
International flights, daylight-dependent transfers and possible island combinations are planned as one itinerary.
Dining, experiences, family requirements, wellbeing and special occasions are considered before travel.

Frequently asked questions
The current Soneva resort directory lists three Maldives properties: Soneva Fushi in Baa Atoll, Soneva Jani in Noonu Atoll and Soneva Secret in Haa Dhaalu Atoll.
Fushi is a generous natural island with jungle, beach and experience depth. Jani is defined by its expansive lagoon and overwater character. Family facilities are meaningful at both, but the atmosphere and villa choices differ.
Soneva Secret is Soneva's most intimate current resort: 13 villas on remote Dhipparufushi, with highly personalised dining, experiences and wellbeing.
Fushi and Jani have substantial dedicated provision. Secret also publishes The Den and can suit some families, but its remoteness and smaller scale mean ages, water confidence and desired facilities should be considered carefully.
Yes, where current inter-island transfers, weather, availability and supplier terms work. Farr verifies the exact route rather than presenting a fixed package.
Each resort has different seaplane and alternative arrival options. Daylight, international flight timing, weather and luggage rules matter, so Farr plans the transfer for the exact itinerary.
Meal plans and inclusions vary by resort, villa and offer. Fushi and Jani are more venue-led, while Secret is highly personalised. Your proposal will state exactly what is included.
Yes. We compare bedroom configuration, occupancy, beach or water position, privacy, pool, slide, roof and access features only against the exact current category.
