A private flight should begin with the journey you need to make. Your concierge can coordinate an enquiry through specialist charter providers, with the route, passengers and onward arrangements considered together.

Consider the possibilities
A clear brief. A considered flight.
01
Cabin comfort
Consider how you want to use the time aboard: conversation, work or rest. Share seating preferences and any requirements for connectivity or catering. The proposed aircraft’s actual cabin and facilities should be confirmed, rather than inferred from its category.
02
The practical details
Passenger numbers alone do not define an aircraft brief. Include luggage, golf bags, children and any access requirements. Your specialist provider assesses the route and aircraft suitability; your concierge brings the travel details into the same conversation.
03
The arrival matters
Think beyond landing. A car to the hotel, an onward connection or an arrival time that suits your accommodation can change the experience. If you are travelling for an event, include its timing in the first enquiry.
Inside the experience
A cabin chosen around your journey.
The Challenger 350 is one example of a super-midsize cabin. Air Charter Service describes club-seating and divan configurations, with a flat floor and fold-out tables. The individual aircraft’s layout should be confirmed before you choose.

Tell us whether the flight is time to work, share a meal or rest. Seating, luggage space, catering and connectivity belong in the brief alongside passenger numbers. This photograph illustrates an aircraft type and does not identify an aircraft reserved for your journey.
Share what you know now. Your concierge will help refine the rest, with the agreed arrangements set out before you decide.
Start with the route
Share departure and arrival points, preferred timings and whether you need a one-way, return or multi-stop journey. Flexibility on airports can be part of the discussion.
Choose around the passengers
Include passenger numbers, luggage and any specific requirements. Cabin space, aircraft suitability and airport access should be assessed by the charter provider against your route.
Understand the proposal
Ask for the aircraft, operator, timings, inclusions and cancellation terms to be set out. Ground transfers and any onward hotel stay can then be considered together.
Before you enquire
A little more clarity.
Can you help with onward arrangements?
Tell us whether you need a car transfer, hotel or connection to a yacht. We can discuss these alongside the flight enquiry.
Can I enquire for a client or principal?
Yes. Use the optional travel details to tell us who you are enquiring for, then include the best contact person and any timing constraints.
Who looks after the arrangements?
You will be assigned a personal travel concierge who handles your enquiry and booking from start to finish, coordinating the agreed arrangements with the relevant providers.
Flights are provided by third-party specialist operators. Farr Luxury Travel does not operate aircraft. Aircraft, routes and timings are subject to provider confirmation.
